Urban Jungle standard policies have cover for bikes as part of the standard covers in the policy document. You can find more information about bike cover for Urban Jungle policies in this article.
If you want to cover any bikes worth more than £500 in or outside of your home, you can purchase Pedal Cycles cover for any single bike for up to £3,000. It’s worth noting that the total cover level for all of your bikes combined cannot exceed £5,000.
There is no cover for theft or attempted theft when a pedal cycle is unattended, unless:
- It is in a secured locked building or secured through the frame of the cycle by a locked security device to an immovable object, permanent structure or motor vehicle.
- If the insured value of a cycle is over £1,500, secured through the frame of the cycle by a ‘Sold Secure’ ‘Gold’ standard security device to an immovable object, permanent structure or motor vehicle.
