Before you travel, it is important that you ensure the country or countries you are visiting are safe and that you have the right insurance coverage for your needs.
Once you start our quote process, you should be able to see what countries we cover.
Our insurance policies can cover most countries, but they do not extend to those on the Hazardous Territories list. This includes any country or region where the Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office (FCDO) has advised against "all" or "all but essential" travel. If you’re unsure, check the Foreign Travel Advice on the government website for more information.
If you opt for an Annual Multi-Trip policy, check the fields below for what countries our packages cover. If you opt for a Single Trip policy, you will have to declare the country or countries you intend to visit in your quote.
To make any changes to your cover package or the destination you are planning to visit, head to the “Manage policy” section on the My account page.
Excluding any countries on the FCDO list, the Europe destination includes the following destinations:

If your destination does not fall within our European countries, Worldwide cover must be selected.
Here, you will also have to clarify whether you are visiting the USA, Canada, the Caribbean, China, or Hong Kong.
Please note that if you are just transiting through these countries, they do not need to be added to your policy.
We can't cover any trip to a hazardous territory advised against “all” or “all but essential” travel by the FCDO.
