All of our Travel insurance policy packages can cover cancellation or cutting your trip short. The cover level depends on which package you’ve selected.
- Our basic policy allows for cancellation or cutting your trip short for up to £1,500.
- Our essential policy allows for cancellation or cutting your trip short for up to £2,500.
- Our deluxe policy allows for cancellation or cutting your trip short for up to £5,000.
You can see which Travel policy package you’ve chosen on page 5 of your policy document in the ‘Cover option’ section.
It’s worth noting that cover for cancelling or cutting your trip short will start from the date stated on your policy schedule or the time of booking any trip (whichever is the later date). All other covers begin when you leave your home to go on your trip and last until you return home.
