This credit will be applied to any payments you make above our minimum payment amount, which is £5 per month (for a monthly policy) or £60 per year (for our annual policy).
To check your referral credit balance or find your referral link, just head to the My Account section of our website and click on “Referrals & Credit”.
It is important to note that Home Insurance credit can not be used towards other policies you may have with us.
If you’ve applied other credit to your account at renewal, the credit will automatically be deducted from the total amount at your next renewal to any payments with an amount above the minimum payment, (£5 for a monthly policy, £60 for an annual policy) until the credit has been used up. You can only apply credit at purchase or at your annual renewal.
It’s worth noting that the renewal email won't show an updated price, as credit works differently to a discount or reduced quote - it acts like money towards a payment, rather than actually reducing your quoted price.
