You can check if we can cover your new address before you move home through the My Account section of the website.
Once you move home, you'll need to update your address online within 2 days of the move (2 days before or after you move). This doesn’t mean that we’ll cover both addresses at the same time, but if anything were to happen at your new address after moving out of the old one and you haven't updated your address yet, we’d be able to consider your claim.
You can update your address by following these steps:
- Log in through the My Account section of our website, using the email address and password you used when taking out a policy.
- To update your insured address, click ‘Manage Policy’ and then ‘Change policy details’.
Please note that updating your address may cause the price of your cover to change. We aim to cover most UK postcodes, but we might not be able to cover your new address.
