This article only applies to our Travel Insurance policies. If you’re unsure about which policy you have, please refer to this article.
If something has gone wrong, and you need to make a Travel claim, you will need to provide certain information to allow a claim to be fully assessed.
This information will vary depending on which section of cover you are claiming under.
Examples of the types of information we will need are given in the “Evidence to support your claim” section of your policy document that you can access through the My Account section of our website, but there may also be other evidence required from you.
Our claims handlers will tell you exactly what information you need to give them in relation to your own claim.
Please keep copies of all information sent to the claims handlers. Unless we agree to pay for any information, for example a medical examination (which you must agree to undergo if required), the information will need to be provided at your expense.
