You can cancel your Travel policy any time and we don’t charge for cancellations. The steps you’ll need to take to cancel your policy depend on which policy you have, and you can read them below.
If you cancel in the first 14 days of getting the policy documents or the start date of the policy (whichever is later), you get a full refund provided you have not travelled, no claim has been made and no one plans to claim on the policy.
If you cancel after the first 14 days of getting the policy documents or the start date of the policy (whichever is later), no refund is due.
You can cancel your policy at any time and we don’t charge any administration fees. You’ll just need to:
- Log in to the My Account section of our website
- Click “Manage Policy”
- Click “Manage renewal or cancel policy”

All of our policies have a 14-day cooling-off period, so if you change your mind within 14 days of purchasing (or 14 days from when you receive your policy documents - whichever is later), you can cancel for a full refund provided you have not travelled, no claim has been made and no one plans to claim on the policy.
This also applies when your policy renews, so if you change your mind within 14 days of your annual renewal, you can cancel for a full refund.
If you cancel after the first 14 days of getting the policy documents (or after the renewal date) we will refund any unused months of cover.
