You can make changes to your Travel policy at any time, and we won’t charge you to make updates.
It’s easy to make an update to your policy, whether you need to change your policy details, cover levels, add travellers or change personal information like your name, home address, or email address.
It's worth noting, there are a couple of changes you aren’t able to make after purchasing both a Single Trip and Multi Trip policy, such as downgrading travel packages and removing Extra Cover. For Single Trip policies specifically, you aren’t able to make any changes to the number of travellers on the policy once the trip has started.
You can make most changes by logging into the My Account section of our website and clicking ‘Manage Policy’ then ‘Change policy details’. However, to change your email address or name please contact us here.
