Turning off auto-renewal for your Annual Multi-Trip Travel Insurance policy is free and easy, you’ll just need to:
- Log in to the My Account section of our website, using the email address linked to your policy.
- Click “Manage Policy”
- Click “Manage renewal or cancel policy”
It's worth noting, turning off automatic renewal will mean that your last day of cover will be at the end of your instalment, whereas cancelling your policy will end your cover immediately.
Please ensure you do this at least 4 days prior to your next renewal date (you can find the exact renewal date in your policy document). Email confirmation will automatically be sent once this has been done successfully.
