If something’s gone wrong and you need to submit a Car claim or report an incident, you’ll need to get in touch with the claims handlers directly. The way you can do this depends on what has happened (see below).
Before making a claim, it is also worth considering the excess amount that you would need to pay if the claim is settled. You can find your excess in your policy document through the My Account section of our website. It is also worth considering that making a claim may impact your No Claims Discount, you can find more information about this in this article.
If you have been in an accident, please get the registration and contact details of anyone else involved. You should also speak to the claims team before you accept liability for any accident-related claims. Even if you think the accident is your fault, it is our job to investigate for you and to put you in the best position possible.
