To change the account you pay from, you should get in touch with Paymentshield on the following number: 0345 601 1050, or you can use their webchat by going to www.paymentshield.co.uk and clicking the blue chat icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
At the moment it’s not possible to change your payment date, payment frequency or payment method, but you can change the account that you pay from.
