With our Landlord Insurance policy, you can choose if you want to cover your property when renting to tenants against loss or damage to the:
- Building
- Contents within the building
- Both the building and the contents stored within it
Regarding cover for buildings, our Landlord’s Insurance can cover repairing the structural parts of your property, for example, walls, windows and permanent fixtures like fitted kitchens. Contents cover includes cover for things like household goods and kitchen appliances which are kept inside your let property.
What’s covered specifically will depend on how you decide to customise your cover during our online quote process, but some of the events a Landlord’s Insurance policy can cover include: fire damage, floods, theft, loss of rent, and alternative accommodation for tenants.
You can also customise your policy with add-ons like Home Emergency Cover, Landlord Legal Expenses, or Rent Guarantee.
