Urban Jungle Contents Insurance

The underwriters may offer to replace or repair your items, or they may offer “new for old” settlements.
Depending on your policy and the nature of the incident, for example, the underwriters may choose to replace or repair your item through our preferred providers or pay you the cost of doing so yourself.

Urban Jungle Buildings Insurance

Depending on your cover and the nature of the incident, for example, the underwriters may choose to pay the cost to repair the loss or damage to the buildings or repair the damage through their preferred providers.

Urban Jungle Buildings & Contents Insurance
(Your policy number will begin with V2B)
If you’re claiming for your contents, the underwriters may offer replacement and repairs as well as “new for old” settlements.
Depending on your policy and the nature of the incident, for example, the underwriters may choose to replace or repair your item through our preferred providers or pay you the cost of doing so yourself.
If you’re claiming for your buildings, depending on your cover and the nature of the incident, for example, the underwriters may choose to pay the cost to repair the loss or damage to the buildings or repair the damage through their preferred providers.

Tenant’s Liability Insurance
(Your policy number will begin with TLI)
If you have a Tenants Liability Policy, you may be offered replacement of the items as new, pay for the cost of replacing the damaged item(s), or pay the cost of repairing the item(s).

Paymentshield Buildings, Contents or Buildings & Contents Policies
(Paymentshield will be shown on the first page of your policy documents)
Damaged property will be repaired or replaced using the insurer's network of contractors. If you would prefer to use your own suppliers, you can be paid a cash settlement but this will not exceed the amount that would have been paid to a preferred supplier.

Landlord Insurance
The insurers may offer to repair, replace as new or rebuild any loss or damage through one of their approved suppliers. If you would prefer to use your own suppliers, any payment made would not normally exceed the discounted amount the insurers would have paid their approved supplier.
