We will always notify you before your policy expires and when you are due for a renewal. If you then receive an email saying there was a problem renewing your policy, it means we’ve been unable to take payment for your policy renewal.
If you have received this email, and have our Urban Jungle Contents, Urban Jungle Buildings and Contents or Tenants Liability Insurance (your policy number begins with V2C, V2B or TLI) you may want to check with your bank that everything is okay. You can update your payment details by logging in to the My Account section and following the link.
We will attempt to take the payment again over the following days. If we haven’t received the payment after 21 days then we will cancel your policy, and let you know by email. Of course, we’d rather that didn’t happen, so if you’re having difficulties please contact the team and we’ll be happy to help.
