At the moment, if you’ve purchased our Standard Contents Policy (your policy number begins with V2C) it isn’t possible to change your payment date, payment frequency or payment method. This is the case whether you pay by card or direct debit.

To change a direct debit payment for a Uinsure policy (Uinsure will be shown on the first page of your policy documents), please contact Uinsure directly on 0330 102 6047.
We don’t currently offer monthly payments for our Tenants Liability Insurance, so if you have this policy you will have paid up front when you first took it out.
