We take complaints very seriously at Urban Jungle. If we've done something wrong, we'll work very hard to put it right, and at the very least explain why something has happened.
You can make a complaint using any of the normal communication channels offered on our website (the best place to start is the 'Contact Us' button on our homepage).
To make it easy for us to identify it as a complaint, please use the word complaint somewhere in your communication.
We will aim to send you an acknowledgement of your complaint within 48 hours and to resolve it as soon as possible. If you aren't satisfied with our response, you may have the right to refer your case to the Financial Ombudsman Service
